These past few months, we have done more DIY projects than we have ever done. First, Cassie redid a large dresser all by herself. Second, we purchased a new (to us) table set with 6 chairs that we plan on redoing but have barely begun (so you will have to wait on the finished project, but we have set a goal to have that finished by years' end). Today, with the holidays approaching, we finished a 3rd project that we have undertaken.
Cassie found a picture on Facebook for constructing for making small trees out of wooden planks. Chris modified the design a bit and made 2 large and 2 small trees. He did all the measuring and cutting last Saturday, and today we painted them! It's been a fun thing to do together. And it was completed in perfect time for the Christmas season!
